Nancy Reagan, a diagnostic aesthetician with nearly 30 years of experience in the skincare and spa industry, has seen it all. With a career that has generated significant revenue and several satisfied clients, she knows what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t in the skincare world. This wealth of experience led to the birth of Skin Diva Labs.
Before Nancy became the skincare guru she is today, her path took some intriguing twists and turns. In her early career, she worked as a Product and Media Marketing Manager for a massive consumer goods company, where she learned the ins and outs of the beauty market.
The high-stakes world of mortgage-backed securities came next for Nancy, bringing intense stress that eventually pushed her to pivot. When the mortgage market crashed, Nancy decided it was time to follow her true passion, leading her back to school to study diagnostic aesthetics, nutrition, and holistic wellness. What started as a change in direction soon blossomed into a full-fledged love affair with helping women regain their confidence and glow.
Fast forward to two years ago, Nancy found herself on a mission. Bella Reina Spa needed a safe skincare line that could be used in facials—a tall order in an industry rife with overpromises and underwhelming results. Nancy was then introduced to a biochemist who not only understood the science of skin but shared her vision of what skincare could truly be. Skin Diva Labs was born—a five-step skincare line that’s simple, powerful, vegan, NAD+-Based, and easy to use.

Of course, the journey to success hasn’t been without its challenges. From difficult business partners to navigating the stormy seas of COVID, Nancy has faced her share of obstacles. Competing against larger companies with massive budgets meant she had to think creatively about marketing. But her love for educating clients and her commitment to honesty have always guided her. She’d rather tell you the truth about a product—what works and what doesn’t—than have you relegate it to the back of your bathroom cabinet, where unused skincare goes to be forgotten.
Through it all, Nancy’s dedication has earned her some notable accolades: Best Day Spa in North America, Best Spa in Florida, and a recent selection as City Person for Delray Beach, FL. She’s also been showcased on the Emmy-award-winning American Dream TV and appeared as a guest on the Sweet-n-Spicy Podcast. But her true passion lies in the future—helping women over 50 realize that life isn’t over, and neither is their skin’s glowing potential.
