After debuting his most recent single, “Always in My Head” at #1 on the iTunes Electronic Charts, Garth Garcia is thrilled to begin this new chapter in his life as a household name in the United States. The music video for the track has garnered over 50k views on YouTube, and has received a lot of positive feedback about the exciting visual effects and unexpected storyline involving monsters and laser guns.

Garcia worked with Randal and Malou Kamradt for the music video, and the song itself was composed by German songwriter Stephan Baulig and produced by musician B Martin. Garcia also collaborated with Francisco Martin on “Lifelines,” Rasec Ortega on “Kiss Me Goodnight,” and Joe Cruz on “Won’t You Let Me Go.” These highly anticipated tracks will be available on Garcia’s upcoming EP, which fans can expect in early 2024. The EP will include a solid mix of different musical genres, from slower ballads to upbeat EDM bops.

“Recently, I’ve been listening to songs that are EDM or electronic, and it has more of a beat, and it’s fun,” Garcia says. “But at the same time, songs have stories, too. I recently attended some club parties and concerts, like Tiësto, and I got inspired to create and record songs like that.”

After moving to California in 2016 to be closer to his family, Garcia is grateful for the opportunity to make music and chase his own success in this country. After initially moving to the Bay Area, Garcia eventually settled down in sunny Los Angeles to pursue more opportunities in entertainment. With chart-topping hits and an ever-growing career, Garcia’s choice has proved itself beneficial.

“Growing up, my mom was always out of the country, so I grew up with my dad most of the time,” explains Garcia. “He introduced me to a lot of music, especially American artists, and it has definitely inspired a lot of my music career. He was always listening to Stevie Wonder and Michael Bolton.”

Garcia has been interested in music since he was young. He joined a choir and the marching band when he was in school, but he also focused on his academics, finding joy in friendly competition. He grew up simpler and knew that hard work would be the key to achieving his financial freedom. After high school, he worked two different jobs and got scholarships to put himself through college, where he consistently made it to the Dean’s List. However, despite his affinity for hard work and friendly competition, Garcia admits that he views other musicians as his peers rather than his competition.

“While I’m always pushing to be my best and compete with myself, I really try to be more supportive of my fellow artists,” continues Garcia. “I love to help produce concerts for them and

help them with their careers… My favorite thing to do is to watch someone else’s show and support them.”

Recently, Garcia has been performing more live shows at festivals and with other musicians. He had shows with Piolo Pascual in Alaska and Ohio in November, and will be performing with Jaya on December 10.
