James Thomas Fallon is an American comedian, actor, television host, writer, and producer.

Comedian and actor James Thomas Fallon Jr. was born on September 19, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York. He had been an avid Saturday Night Live enthusiast since childhood and the caption for his photo in the eighth grade yearbook read, “Probably replacing David Letterman.” He attended the College of St. Rose in Albany before dropping out of school shortly before graduation to pursue a career in comedy in Los Angeles, California.
Fallon released two comic albums, The Bathroom Wall (2002) and Blow Your Pants Off (2012). He has also hosted the MTV Movie Awards, Emmys and Golden Globes.
He is currently married to Nancy Juvonen, a Hollywood producer on Necker Island in the Caribbean on December 22, 2007. They welcomed their first child together in July 2013 and named their daughter Winnie Rose. On December 3, 2014 their second daughter, Frances Cole, was born.
It was announced on April 13, 2013 that Fallon would be the new face of The Tonight Show, following the end of Jay Leno’s contract with the show moving its production from Los Angeles to New York.
