Rey Rey Rodriguez was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and moved to the US at age 3. At a young age he was fascinated by the arts (photography, film, drawing, writing and poetry), and would regularly draw out / storyboard ideas for possible films or photoshoots to create, and would write out the story behind the images.
Biography:
Rey Rey dropped out out of High School, but decided to get an education in his late 20s, and earned an Associate of Science degree in Emergency Medical Sciences, an Associate of Arts degree in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies. He worked as a paramedic, while making his storyboarded creations come to life as a photographer and video creator. In 2012, Rey Rey founded The Mind of Rey Rey®, a small photography company that would eventually grow into a multimedia and marketing brand.
Today, the name Rey Rey Rodriguez, his visual artwork, and information on his collaborations with public figures, celebrities, athletes and major companies can be seen and found everywhere. His unorthodox collection of avant-garde, street, combat sports, commercial, celebrity portrait, and dark photography sets him apart from all other artists, placing him in a class above the rest.

While working as a paramedic on TV shows sets, he was used twice to act as a paramedic. Once on Shaq’s Big Challenge starring Shaquille O’Neal, and on Caso Cerrado alongside Ana Maria Polo.
