A significant portion of people worldwide report dissatisfaction with their jobs. This sentiment is echoed by various sociology and psychology studies conducted annually by global media outlets and specialized rating agencies. This trend is not limited to low-paying jobs; even highly paid professionals often struggle with job satisfaction.

Now, ask yourself: How satisfied am I with my job? Am I genuinely involved? Do I truly enjoy what I am doing? Or am I just going with the flow in an attempt to get a stable life and pay my bills? How happy am I, after all? These seemingly simple questions can stir up a storm of emotions. That happens for a simple reason: people don’t always know how to unlock their potential. The problem often begins at a very early age when kids and teenagers choose their hobbies and preferences based on their parent’s wishes. The situation continues in early adulthood, where many choose their life path based on the role models they had in life. At that moment, the decision could make sense, but when individuals learn about their true needs and desires, fear plays in. “Should I change my career?” “I made a questionable decision,” “I feel like I’ve failed,” and similar thoughts can lead to burnout and even depression. Could there be a way forward?

There Is Encouraging News: A Possible Solution Is Being Explored

Tetiana Sydoruk, Chief Business Development Officer, Responsible for AI implementation at “Diagnostics Research Laboratory,” is currently working on an innovative application called “Soft Skills Science.” This app is designed to help people of all ages and social statuses discover their potential with minimal external influence. The application could prove especially beneficial for immigrants adapting to the United States—a country with new laws and a different culture.

According to Tetiana Sydoruk, the development of technology is important not only for industry and manufacturing but also for serving people. Artificial intelligence has the potential to help individuals find fulfilling jobs with satisfactory pay that align with their talents and skills.

“Everyone has a unique set of talents and capabilities, which can significantly enhance both the individual and society when properly discovered and nurtured,” says the creator of “Soft Skills Science,” emphasizing that self-awareness is key to unlocking potential.

“When people develop their abilities, they are more likely to feel satisfied with their achievements and enjoy the process of learning and growing. This contributes to their self-esteem, self-confidence, and overall well-being,” Tetiana explains.

In her view, unlocking potential contributes to innovation and progress in society. “When people discover hidden potential, they have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the world, creating a better place where individuals can thrive,” she adds.

Why Should We Trust Tetiana Sydoruk’s Approach?

Before developing “Soft Skills Science,” Tetiana spent eight years studying human behavior, perceptions, and achievements. Her research suggests that personal transformation is deeply tied to uncovering one’s true talents and abilities.

However, Tetiana Sydoruk doesn’t rely solely on artificial intelligence. She emphasizes the importance of group work and one-on-one sessions with experts to accelerate the development of people’s talents. In these sessions, individuals receive necessary support to overcome doubts and fears, which often hinder progress during independent efforts.

“Sharing personal achievements and growth can motivate and inspire others. At the same time, people can collaborate and generate innovative ideas together. ‘Soft Skills Science’ is not just about personal growth; it’s about fostering a supportive community. It is a project aimed at bringing like-minded individuals together to create meaningful change. As a result, society as a whole benefits,” she explains.

Tetiana’s Journey Underscores Her Mission

Tetiana Sydoruk arrived in the United States from Ukraine ten years ago. Despite her prestigious education in her homeland and earning multiple Master’s degrees in the U.S., she experienced an existential crisis as a newcomer adjusting to a new culture. Learning many things from scratch, Tetiana rediscovered herself and now channels that experience into helping others avoid similar challenges.

“When people engage in work they love and continually improve their skills, the broader economy can experience transformative growth. In turn, society can become safer and more inclusive, optimizing resources and reducing inefficiencies,” says Tetiana.
